These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoSwipe Chrome extension and the autoswipe.net website (together, the "Service"), operated by AutoSwipe ("we", "our", "us"). By installing the extension, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
AutoSwipe is a browser extension that automates swiping on Tinder according to settings you configure (such as like ratio, swipe delays, and profile filters). The Service includes a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks advanced filtering features.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. You agree NOT to:
Because the Pro license unlocks digital features immediately upon activation, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already charged. If you cancel, you retain Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@autoswipe.net and we will review your case in good faith.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to use it to harass, deceive, defraud, or harm others. You are solely responsible for your conduct on Tinder and for any content or interactions resulting from your use of AutoSwipe.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service (including license-sharing or attempts to circumvent security). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will continue to function if Tinder changes its platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will AutoSwipe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or your Tinder account, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSwipe from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including Tinder's Terms of Service.
AutoSwipe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Tinder or Match Group, Inc. "Tinder" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only for descriptive purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoSwipe operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
